RETURN POLICY Densua's African Treasures will gladly accept the return or exchange by mail of all unworn, unwashed merchandise accompanied by an original receipt within 14 days of receipt for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund on Regular Price Merchandise. (Excluding shipping).
Sale Items are final and not returnable.
Credit Card returns will be credited to the original credit card used.

If you have received a gift from Densua's African Treasures that you would like to return or exchange, please return your gift along with the gift receipt included in your package to the address provided.Upon receipt you will receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address on the returned receipt to ensure you receive the online E-Gift Certificate.
Do you have a catalog? Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer print catalogs.
What are your shipping rates? All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.
How can I track my package? Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on www.ups.com
Layaway Layaway is available for customers shopping in the store. It is a 30 day layaway requiring 30% down payment. Items not purchased within 30 days will be put back out and no refunds on payments made will be given. No "switching out" or returns on layaway items are allowed. No Refund

IN-STORE RETURNS Unwashed, unworn merchandise in resalable condition with tags attached or receipt may be returned for In-Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of purchase. Our store credits do not expire and can be used at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return that does not meet our requirements.
GIFT CERTIFICATE Start at $15.00 Available in a variety of denominations, our gift certificates are ideal as generous gifts. Choose personalized (we'll fill in your recipient's name and your greetings, and mail it directly) or non-personalized (we'll send the certificates to you for filling out and delivering). They're redeemable on phone, mail, or web site orders. Each gift certificate says "A Special Gift For You". Gift certificates are valid for 2 years. Use for merchandise, tax, shipping and processing, or any charges related to an order.
IS ALL YOUR MERCHANDISE FROM AFRICA? 99.9% our masks, statues, carvings, baskets, stone art, stools and textiles are from the Continent and the Diaspora. Occasionally I find treasures from other cultures that I include in my inventory.The origin is indicated on the merchandise.
